Contact Form

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, best time to reach you and your message. We also record how you found the site: the campaign tags on the link you followed (if any), the name of the website that referred you, and the first page you visited. These details are sent to us by email so we can reply to your enquiry, and are used for nothing else.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name and email address, along with the date and IP address of your signup and confirmation as a record of your consent. We use these details only to send you our monthly newsletter and notices of our upcoming events. Your subscription is not active until you click the link in the confirmation email we send you. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. When you do, we stop sending you emails.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location (city or region), your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It does not tell us who you are. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Google Analytics only sets cookies if you allow it. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, it sends Google limited anonymous information without cookies or identifiers. You can also block Google Analytics on every website with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google’s own practices are described in its privacy policy.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or store any information that identifies you: it records the page viewed, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type. Visits are grouped using an anonymous value that resets every day. See Vercel’s analytics privacy policy.

Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which distinguish returning visitors and last up to two years. We do not use advertising cookies.

The site also stores two small items in your browser that never leave your device: your cookie choice (so we don’t ask again), and, until you close the tab, how you found the site, which is attached to the contact form if you use it.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data (including email, name and contact information) with anyone for their own use. We rely on a few service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts it and provides visit counts, Postmark delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, MailerLite manages our newsletter mailing list and sends the newsletter, and Google provides analytics. They process data only on our behalf.
